Our primary goal is to create workforce housing.
Supporting this specific housing ensures that these critical workforce will in turn be able to support many of our community members relying on these services. The Olympic Peninsula has multi- generational needs and the opportunity to train skilled workforce.
By maintaining housing for these critical workforce, we are creating a relationship within our community between our local neighbors, for reciprocal support in caring for each other.

Project Kick-off
At the outset, we engage clients in a comprehensive discussion to understand their vision, objectives, and preferences. This phase lays the foundation for a tailored design, where we delve into the functional requirements and aesthetic aspirations of the project.
Moodboard & First Iterations
Crafting a visual narrative, I develop a moodboard that encapsulates the design direction. Initial iterations incorporate client feedback, refining the concept into a cohesive blueprint that aligns with their tastes and the project’s objectives.
Design
Feedback & Subsequent Iterations
Client input is paramount. We actively seek feedback on design proposals, facilitating an iterative process that hones in on the perfect balance between client vision and our design expertise. This collaborative approach ensures the final design surpasses expectations.
Project Implementation
With a finalized design in hand, we orchestrate the implementation of the project. Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, we oversee the execution, ensuring every detail aligns with the approved design. This phase culminates in the realization of the envisioned space.
